Leslie Taylor, MD
Psychiatrist

Dr. Leslie Taylor is a board certified psychiatrist specializing in mood disorders, addiction, clinical research and medication management of psychiatric disorders.  Dr Taylor is a pioneer in guiding FDA approved TMS treatment in Madison.  She has over 20 years of experience in treating adults, and adolescents.

Shelly Dutch, CSAC, ICS
Director

Shelly has been dedicating her life work to young people and their families for more than 25 years. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her dedication to the alcohol and drug problem in our society. She is certified at both the state and national levels, and emphasizes mentoring and service as the key to recovery. She works with staff at UW Madison training residents on substance abuse and provides panels to speak throughout the country. She also founded Horizon High School, an emotional growth recovery school in 2004.

Mary Kay Aide, MS, LPC
Therapist

Mary Kay has over 25 years working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings and organizations. She has a master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, with an emphasis in AODA issues, is a Professional Certified Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor.

 

Cynthia Webber, SAC-IT
TMS Coordinator

Cynthia is a TMS Certified Technician and is responsible for guiding clients from initial contact through treatment. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services from Madison College. Before coming to the TMS Center, she completed an internship at Connections Counseling, supporting their intensive outpatient program. She is committed to helping those with depression seek a different path to wellness.

 

 

Joe Darcy, SAC-IT
TMS Technician

Joe Darcy is a certified TMS Technician and has been the primary technician at the TMS Center of Madison since March of 2016. He recently graduated from Madison College with an Associate’s in Human Services and completed an internship at Connections Counseling. Joe has the desire to help people become healthy and happy, and was inspired to enter the field through friends’ and family members’ personal struggles with mental illness and addiction. He is excited about Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation becoming more widely available to individuals struggling with severe, chronic depression and he has seen firsthand the positive, lasting, and life-changing impact it has made on those with whom he has worked.
